Reigning Estonian champion came to terms with two new players. E.J. Singler is a 198cm forward who last year played for Idaho Stampede in D-league.  He averaged 14,1 points and 4,7 rebounds per game for Idaho, also he shot 47,5% from the 3 point line and won the D-league All-Star game 3 point shooting contest. In the beginning of the season he was a part of Portland Trail Blazers but was cut from there. Fun fact, he is the brother of Kyle Singler who plays for the Detroit Pistons. Singler arrives at Estonia on wednesday and should participate in the pre-season cup in Tallinn Arena. Coach Varrak had this to say about him: ” Because we have a long and difficult season ahead we have been looking for players who can play multiple positions. He is a great shooter but can also play against bigger opponents.”

Sten Olmre who has been a integral part of many Estonian youth national teams joins BC Kalev/Cramo from Audentese Spordigümnaasium. Coach Varrak described him as a talented youth prospect who will definately have a interesting season and also added: ” The opportunity to train with players of our level is huge thing and also with the amount of games we have we certainly can use him.”
