Hunt for the title continued in Saku Suurhall with game two of the finals. Although Rapla was not as powerful at the start they made life hard for the hosts by not giving up and fighting until the last second but it wasn’t enough, Kalev took game 2 75:72 as the series heads down to Rapla.

Kalev/Cramo started great, with 3 minutes played the hosts had a comfortable 11:0 lead despite Rapla waking up, Kalev took the first quarter 23:15. Seemed like everything was in control in the second quarter also, whilst Rapla managed to come back to a four point deficit.  Third quarter was similar to the opening game but the sides had changed, Aivar Kuusmaa had made the right adjustments and from 44:35, Rapla made a 13:0 run with three and a half minutes and take a four point lead. Mirkovic found Simmons for a great alley-oop which ignited a 9:0 run for Kalev/Cramo. Going into the last quarter, Rapla led 56:55. Four minutes to go, Tollefsen made another three and Kalev led 69:62 and seemed the game was going away from Rapla, but they thought otherwise, Kajupank and Kok scored and 71 seconds to go the lead was down to 3. Lebronjameslike block to Kaldre in transition by Tollefsen was huge for the hosts. Branko Mirkovic sinked a three and it seemed like now it was decided but Suarez responded in a 3+1 play and with a two point lead, Liutych was sent to the line. He made one of two and which gave Rapla a chance but Suarez missed the buzzer.

For Kalev, Tollefsen finished with 17 points and 5 rebounds, Liutych had 15 and 6 while both Mirkovic and Gladness both finished with 11 points. Suarez was the leading scorer for Rapla with 17, Kajupank added 16 and van der Mars finished with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
