BC Kalev/Cramo defeats in a beautiful game Preinai Rudupis in Baltic League26-01-2013

Saturday was another day of joy for all BC Kalev / Cramo fans because in Saku Arena the exciting game with Preinai Rudupis, where an estonian player Siim-Sander Vene is playing, was won 80:68.

Since today, both teams had 2 wins and 0 losses. Now BC Kalev/Cramo is sill unbeaten in the Top 16 stage with a 3-0 record, while Prienai lost their first game after winning twelve straight and are now second in the group at 2-1.

BC Kalev/Cramo won the first quarter 19:17 and was up 21-17 at the start of the second period, but Prienai did a quick 12-0 run before shortly extending it to double digits.

Second half started with a 36-44 deficit, Kalev managed to turn things around in the third period, using a 14-3 run to jump back ahead.

The last quarter was 100 % Kalev game. Prienai had a chance, when they got within a single point (60-61), but we answered with an 8-0 spurt. Then the game was done and we won with 12 points 80:68

The best player for BC Kalev/Cramo was Frank Elegar, who had 20 points and 15 rebounds. Ty Abott made a great first half and got 19 points, while Gary Wilkinson added 18 points.

Gediminas Orelik was best player for Prienai, scoring a team-high 19 points, as an estonian man Siim-Sander Vene contributed with 15 points.
