In the first game for Baltic League bronze medal, Kalev/Cramo wasn’t able to take advantage of their home court and suffered a bad 60:72 loss to Tartu Ülikool. Playing without head coach Alar Varrak, who was replaced by Indrek Reinbok due to illness, Kalev got into trouble in the third quarter which they lost 10:24. Unfortunately the hosts managed to climb back at the end despite being down as much as 19 points, but thanks to good baskets from Keedus, Mirkovic and Tollefsen they got the deficit down to 12. (Reminder – BBL is played best of two games which means scoring difference matters!).

Rock gave a great team performance – all of the nine players who played scored with Milka leading the way with 15 points, followed by Jõesaar with a massive 14 point and 19 rebound double-double. Veterans Sokk and Talts added 14 and 11 points. Branko Mirkovic was the game-high leading scorer with 17 points for BC Kalev/Cramo assisted by 11 points from Gladness and 9 from Simmons and Tollefsen.1, Simmons ja Tollefsen 9.

Rematch will be held next week at Tartu on Thursday!
